As founder of Via Emilia Conseil, a Milan-based advisory, I work with a select number of luxury maisons and emerging brands on the mandates that define what a brand becomes next.
With nearly a decade across Audemars Piguet and Rolex, working directly with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders on high-impact programs, I have the depth of experience needed to help brands shape what comes next without losing what makes them irreplaceable. At AP, I was part of the founding team of a global innovation function, leading cross-functional initiatives across brand, product, and data, including a new internal department built from the ground up and a flagship client experience concept designed to redefine how ultra-high-net-worth clients engage with the brand.
That experience is what my work today is built on. My focus areas are brand platform development, community-led client experience, cross-functional programs built to last, and new business units and revenue models, always shaping the initiative with leadership, then making sure it ships. My clients are brands serious about realizable innovation that remains within the truth of their brand's DNA.
While based in Milan, I work with clients across Europe and the US. Fluent in English and French, with working proficiency in Italian.
